I work conceptual-, process- and project based, often from a social and/or political starting point. I am deeply interested in humanism and use my art practice and work to create arenas and spaces for awareness, reflections, dialog and possibly actions.

At core in my art practice is collaboration and participation by the public in the process of making. I am interested in working outside the gallery rooms, meeting people where they are and be able to reach groups that maybe don’t visit the art scenes. I often also collaborate with other disciplines such as philosophers, priest, dancers, film photographer, designers and activists. Time is essential and projects may last for years or have no end date. Main material is textile, and thread follows most projects. In addition, I use photography, text, drawing, and performance. The work is presented in large installations
